“Will be staying away from this "company".. the lies hurt the most”

I had to sit and think; literally nothing pleased me. Nothing made us smile. The entrance was easy, that’s about it. I was charged £45 more for a room change (even though it wasn’t a close change) because of a disability booking, and it forced us to travel farther. This ruined the weekend. I was given a room that I had not booked and that wasn’t suitable for us. (Even being told it wasn’t the one in the picture, BUT IT WAS) Lies. The bed seriously needs an upgrade—sinks in the middle. We had poor sleep. The communal area was filthy, mirrors dirty, the garden a mess. Dirty floors, dirty mirrors, filthy handrails on stairs, glass on stairs needs cleaning, not just a wipe over. Flies splattered all over the walls in every area of the communal and our room. Vile people living (not staying) in the “hotel/BnB”; kids loud at 7 am Sunday morning. Broken toilet seat.

The location was excellent, and the kitchen had a good amount of crockery and cooking utensils. The fan in the room was definitely appreciated! I had trouble getting the blind in the bedroom to stay down, so the sun woke me each morning. Some things could do with minor repairs, but overall it was in good condition.

A very nice clean place to stay. Nadya is a great housekeeper—polite, open, very helpful, speaks fluent English and is always available. The house is comfortable, has a big kitchen, all was easy and lovely. 😊 All was great!

“Brilliant value for money - will definitely visit again!”

Basic, clean and in a great location. Easy to check in and out. I would definitely recommend it. The room got a little warm at night, but I didn’t want to adjust any radiator settings as I usually sleep in a cold room at home.

Great location, good access to the underground. Kitchen and bathroom clean and well equipped. The booking did not state that the kitchen and bathroom facilities were communal, which was not a problem. However knowing it beforehand would have been better. The bedroom smelled horribly of vomit. We aired it thoroughly and bought scent candles. Then it was ok.
