The location was great and the staff was top notch, and the gym facilities were also outstanding, but there was no food available – the kitchen/onsite restaurant was closed while we were there. Our room’s AC/heat system was broken and we had to have an engineer adjust it while we were there; he told us there was a part missing that had been ordered and until then the room either had to be very hot – 78 degrees or very cold 64 degrees. The jets on the hot tub didn’t work, and we could hear the conversations of the guests in the next room, which made us feel uneasy because we knew they could hear ours. In general, the property is dated and old and needs remodeling, and we thought it wasn’t a good value.

Located in a great neighborhood and close to everything, but charming – yet some maintenance is needed in different areas.

The pools, hot tubs, vapor cave, tiki bar, close to everything, breakfast buffet – such a cute property! Free breakfast included! I loved the way you check in; the kiosk does it all! The only downside was that there was no river view from my room.
