The price was good and the bed was comfortable, but the room was extremely small—just enough space to move around the bed. I found dried, sick‑looking material on the bathroom floor, which I reported. There were no cupboards and the shower water pressure was poor. An additional £7 parking fee in the hotel carpark is ridiculous.

After booking, received a email confirming booking but to be told parking is first come first serve. Then on arrival and checking in was told £7 pound for parking. Plus next to train line with freight train running till around midnight outside our window. We paid for 2 full breakfast on arrival but in the morning we order our breakfast then 5 mins later only to be told in front all the other guests your breakfast isn't included and in your booking, I told them it was paid last night but still came back saying they can't find payment, I told them I paid £31 £7 parking plus £24 for 2 breakfasts after that nothing more was said , it made me feel uncomfortable with 2 staff standing over me beside our table with other people looking and listening. Not very nice

The rooms are nice and clean. We arrived an hour before 3pm check in as we travelled from home which isn't local at all. The man on reception was rather rude and actually passive aggressive towards us. We didnt even say that we're early and let us check in early but he said I'm sorry but you haven't told us you need to check in early so we can't offer you this. We said we didnt even ask! We asked if we can sit somewhere and wait as our kids were with us he said no you can't we have an event in 30 mins so you can't wait here. Go shopping or somewhere and come back. He reluctantly let us put our luggage to one side. Not a good start. Luckily when we returned we were met by different staff Bushra and a different man who were helpful and this 2nd man was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was ok usual continental breakfast and we were asked to order if we want eggs hash browns etc - a hot breakfast. So no unlimited hot breakfast like other hotels and portions are tiny. We were served by Amina who was nice and friendly. Very low pressure in shower only one bath towel available. Tea and kettle but no water

The room is small but very clean and neat. The beds and pillows are good. The bathroom is better than expected. Breakfast is outstanding. You could actually order a full English Breakfast there. The staff are generally very friendly and helpful, especially Susan. The neighborhood is not impressive. The parking spaces are a little small
