The location was nice, the room was clean and large, and it was convenient to leave my suitcase at the desk. The system with the stairs and lift for luggage was inconvenient.

I had to pay extra fees for an early morning arrival when the room was already available and cleaned, which felt inappropriate. I had told the hotel (via the booking app) a few days earlier that I would arrive early; if they had informed me beforehand, I would have chosen a different hotel that better accommodates international travelers.

The location was good, close to shops and restaurants. Saiteja, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to help me during my stay, and the staff were very polite.
