The place was peaceful and the staff were kind. The pool was under maintenance.

I felt safe, but everything else was mediocre. There was no breakfast, no welcoming atmosphere, and the only request was whether everything had been paid. Not recommended.

The location is good, close to the Chancay Castle (10 minutes walking) and the central square (15 minutes walking). There are several pools for kids and adults, and the area is spacious. Breakfast is included. The staff were very good, even letting us leave our luggage after check‑out. They were very kind. The bathroom pipes in the room needed improvement, as it started to smell a bit on the last day.
