We were not satisfied with the hotel; the staff were friendly but the apartment was dirty, lacked many amenities, and was quite cold because the heating didn’t work. I believe the heating (or air‑conditioning) should function regardless of when the heating season starts, especially in a mountain area. Breakfast offered a weak selection.

The price‑to‑quality ratio is decent, but the facility feels like the golden age has passed. I would probably not choose it for more than one night.

The hotel sits in a beautiful valley, about a 15‑minute leisurely walk to the lake. Every staff member was extremely courteous. Breakfast was good and the food was fresh. The room was spacious enough for two adults and three children, with a very comfortable French bed. The balcony offered a view of the valley.
