The new building is tasteful, but the cleanliness was lacking—bed linens were dirty. I suggest keeping a closer eye on guests. You can only change towels once; we happened to find the staff member in the building who gave us new towels. Also, it would be nice to have a water bottle in the room upon arrival; otherwise, you get lost in a glass of water.

Everything was great. On the last night there was a water issue. We couldn’t use the toilet from 23:00 until about 10:00 the next morning. The night was extended, but that didn’t solve the problem of wanting to use the toilet and wash or shower. The rest was fine.

Excellent communication with the manager. Very clean and no issues. Good security and central area near bus stops. Easy to reach the airport by train.
