The hotel was lovely, Victoria at reception was amazing and extremely helpful throughout our stay, making it a great place to stay.

Nice view and good location, but the room was dirty and poorly maintained; the bathroom looked like it had been remodeled but was actually old, and the toilet broke so they had to remove it to fix it. There was a lot of noise during the day and night, the fire alarm went off for the entire floor and scared our kids, and the front desk staff seemed indifferent. We booked two rooms and asked for connected rooms; they claimed there were no connecting queen rooms, but I later discovered that was a lie, and they offered to move us after we had already unpacked.

The location is beautiful and the layout is nice. Our room was older, had a dog odor, and the air conditioning made us cough.

The resort looked stunning, but my room #378 was awful – the bathroom door jammed from the inside and had to be opened from the outside, the AC didn’t work, and we sweated in the room.
