The front desk service was okay. The bathroom was dirty, even moldy, and false eyelashes were stuck to the tiles. No face towel was provided, and the blanket was dirty with tomato sauce.

The breakfast was good and the location is convenient. The reception was terrible; it felt like I’d arrived at a relative’s house who didn’t want me. The room smelled like mold. I emailed the hotel asking if I could stay a few more hours and they replied that I could check in after the initial time (they answered a completely different question). Because of my own oversight and their wrong reply (they didn’t answer what I asked), I thought they had agreed to my original request. As the departure time approached, the reception sent me a message and I replied that I would stay a bit longer and that I had formalized the request through the booking. I had to read a lecture telling me that I should have spoken to reception in person and not through the channel, and that they were unaware of anything. I was on the street and returned to the hotel, and eventually paid for the extra hours (I didn’t know this option existed when I emailed to stay a bit longer) without issue, though it was also my fault for not reading the email response carefully. There was no empathy from the team. The request was made because I was with a baby and needed more time to get to the airport. Overall, the team needs better communication and customer service training. This could have been avoided; a vacationing guest doesn’t forget such a hassle. I would not return or recommend.

The receptionist’s service was very good. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. The air conditioner is very noisy, and the elevator was broken, making it hard to move around while I was recovering from a knee surgery.

The staff are friendly, the environment is cozy, and the breakfast is tasty and fresh. The rooms are big, and the shower is amazing! Nothing! The hotel met my needs perfectly.
