“Décevant”
The room is pretty and comfortable, and clean. The stay was very disappointing. The reception was extremely hasty: key handover then immediate departure, with no information about Wi‑Fi, breakfast, the pool, the property’s operation or check‑out. The place seems mainly intended for weddings and events, with a huge complex, but during our stay it looked completely empty, almost abandoned, and there was no one on site to greet or inform guests. No restaurant. The pool was very dirty upon arrival, with a lot of deposits and poorly maintained surroundings. Someone eventually came to clean it in the evening after our complaint, but too late for us to enjoy it. The door‑locking system is also problematic: as soon as a door closes, you can’t get back in without the key, and we weren’t warned. The key also didn’t allow us to open the access from the second terrace. We found ourselves stuck at 23:00 trying to use the terrace and took 30 minutes to reach someone. Finally, no glasses, no kettle, and no explanation for departure: we had to find someone ourselves to return the keys. We do not recommend this accommodation.
