There were cockroaches in the room, the place smelled like bees, and many kids were scared.

The staff were very friendly, especially Mosa and Dima in the dining room who always greeted us with smiles.

Worms were crawling in the room and shower, the sofa we requested didn’t open, and the maintenance of both the rooms and the hotel was very poor.
