The staff were welcoming, and the hotel’s proximity to the waterfront with free parking about 300 m away (though it may be harder to find during peak season) was convenient. The room and bathroom were adequate, and a supermarket, pharmacy, and various activities were nearby, so it could serve as a good base for a one‑ or two‑night stay. The shower didn’t close properly, the showerhead wasn’t positioned correctly, and the water pressure was very low. At first there was no hot water, which arrived after almost 10 minutes of running the tap and half the shower was cold. We tried going to reception, but no one was there to ask. The windows and walls felt like they didn’t exist, as if we were on the street or in the next room, and it was very noisy.

“Nel complesso accogliente, pulito e staff gentilissimo e alla mano!”

The location is great – 50 m from the seafront, next to a bike‑rental point for easier evening moves if you don’t want to just walk the promenade. The whole area has a beautiful cycle path separated from the pedestrian walk. A supermarket, tobacco shop, bar, pizzerias, and more are just a few meters away, so the spot is perfect. At the entrance there’s a small covered courtyard with a lounge for smokers or simply to sit outside. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard. Like many other hotels, it’s affiliated with several private beaches, offering various rates to suit your needs. I can’t comment on breakfast or dining because we didn’t choose to eat at the hotel. The rooms are air‑conditioned and very clean, with tidy linens and bathrooms. The atmosphere is very modest and retro, but cute! (Remember it’s a 2‑star property). Overall, it’s welcoming, clean, and the staff are very friendly and approachable. The only two inconveniences we found were: the shower cubicle was very narrow, but we didn’t have problems… if you have specific physical needs, contact the staff and they might assign a room with a more comfortable shower cubicle if available. Another discomfort was parking: there is a free spot 800 m from the hotel on a large square (via 25 novembre for the exactness), but with only two duffels we had no trouble.

The location is excellent, and the breakfast was very good with fresh cakes. The bathroom was tiny.

The room was clean, but we were charged for breakfasts that never actually happened.
