The rooms were clean, with floors that felt spotless even barefoot, but the shower was the worst ever: low pressure and a narrow spray that didn’t cover a decent area.

The location was good and the hotel was clean, yet I was assigned a room right by the elevator after requesting a quiet spot, which made it noisy with people coming and going; I also wished there was more security presence to feel safer.

The staff were friendly, but there was no pool even though the hotel advertised an indoor pool.

Everything was clean and well lit, but the gate on one entrance was closed.
