I stayed at a really nice place, close to everything, with great staff and a spacious, very comfortable room where everything worked as it should.

We booked a deluxe suite that was truly worth the price, offering a huge, spacious room with every comfort, a beautiful bed, a lovely view, and a peaceful setting in a well‑located hotel; the staff were very helpful and polite, so I highly recommend it. However, the air freshener was too strong when we arrived, so we had to move the diffuser and scented sachet outside; it wasn’t necessary in a non‑smoking room.

The hotel was good, the room was good, and the breakfast buffet was good. It was a bit pricey and the Wi‑Fi could be better.

“Decent stopover between pedang and bengkulu”

The sheets were lovely and clean, the pillows were great, the panoramic restaurant was super, the location was good, and the huge omelette at breakfast was sweet; the staff were sweet. It was a decent stopover between Pedang and Kerinci. As usual, more thorough cleaning was needed; there were no fewer than five air fresheners in the room, yuck yuck yuck! But the room was huge and okay once the air fresheners were removed. The shower was cold.
