The breakfast was included. The restaurant prices were high, and the location was on a very remote route. It took over an hour by taxi to get from the airport, 8 km away. In the apartment, some lights never came back on. There was no service at check‑in. The front desk had no information on the guests checking in. After several calls, I finally learned the room number. I didn’t get any response to the phone numbers I tried.

The property is in a nice area, the room was a very good value, and the staff were attentive to needs. The Wi‑Fi stopped working for 5 days.

The room was nice and the spot was good, but I felt I couldn't use it without worrying about staining a sheet or damaging something, just because of how their management and the rules are written; it's not a hotel, and the breakfasts were better at 900 peso a head.
