The owner was very kind and helpful, spoke English well. Convenient spot, 8‑minute walk to the Night Market, 1‑minute walk to the Mekong River, where you can bump into many tour agents, and if you want to see the morning alms‑giving, it’s a 30‑second walk to the corner—perfect in every way. I was totally satisfied and would return. 😁

Good location. The room is extremely small, barely enough space to put two backpacks. No breakfast option. No place to buy drinks. The price of $37 for this accommodation is far too high.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is good. The shower is truly life‑threatening, see photo. Water and electricity are not a good combination. Unacceptable. There is a serious chance of being electrocuted.
