Great location and very clean! However, directly in front of the windows there's a kind of lock that lets the river flow through. It didn't bother us much because we kept the window closed, but for noise-sensitive guests or those who open the window at night, the noise level is really extremely loud.

The hotel sits right in the city centre, rooms are spotless, staff are friendly and helpful, and the food—especially breakfast in the restaurant—is excellent. The bathroom feels modern, even offering Rituals toiletries, something you rarely see in higher‑tier hotels. The downside is that early in the morning the surrounding streets are noisy, but that’s a consequence of the central location. I also found the glass sliding door in the bathroom a bit intrusive; a sound‑proof wooden door would be nicer, though that’s a minor gripe at a high level and not a major complaint.

The rooms are stylishly furnished inside a very old building, and the location is fantastic. The only drawback is that there’s no elevator.
