The hotel never answered our messages, so when our family showed up as walk‑ins they told us we were a no‑show; the three‑star property had virtually no furniture, terrible soundproofing, a hair dryer that didn’t work, an old TV with only a few cable channels, and the towels, pillows and blankets were not only worn but also dirty. The floor still felt like sand on the beach and the staff were even more disappointing – they gave vague explanations, offered no help, and when I asked for an extra bath towel they acted as if it were a huge request.

The hotel sits close to the beach, but the price feels steep for what’s offered. The rooms look like a hostel: old furnishings, worn towels, pillows and sheets. Despite being a 3‑star place, the mattress lacks a topper, so it’s hard and my back hurt. The bathroom only has a cheap soap bar, no razor, hair dryer, or other basics. The TV shows only cable, and the Wi‑Fi is weak. Staff were not enthusiastic about helping.

There was no fast dryer or dryer at all. The pricing was unclear, the room was old, the exterior had just been painted, and the soundproofing was poor.

The staff here are super friendly and sweet. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

This hotel has a great location, close to the beach and a park. The prices are reasonable, especially during the week. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They were always willing to lend a hand with anything, no matter how small. I'd definitely stay here again, and it's a great option if you're looking for a quick getaway from Saigon. The only downside is that it can get a bit busy on weekends, but that's to be expected.
