The instructions were clear, the spot was convenient, parking was easy, the owner was friendly and the comms were great, and nothing was out of line with what we expected.

The place is a short distance from Birmingham’s bustle, the host was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the shower was great, though the hallway could have been a touch better.

The host welcomed me, checked that I was fine and had everything I needed, I slept soundly in what I believe was a queen‑size bed, and I highly recommend it; everything was perfect.
