The town’s charming streets and the welcoming staff made for a lovely stay, and the bathrooms were spotless. On the first floor there’s a bar‑space where you can bring your own drinks, so at night the kids could munch on snacks while doing their summer homework, and the couple could enjoy a drink at the bar. No complaints.

古民家（文房具やさんだったそう）を改造した趣ある建物。 主のさりげない温かさ。宿名の「やどり木」にぴったり。 何よりも、お得感！海外の１人旅で使ったゲストハウスを思い出しました。 全体的に清潔感あり。室内インテリアも〇。 駐車場も徒歩３分ほどで２４時間300円の市営駐車場があります。 「うすくち龍野醤油資料館」（入館料10円でヒガシマルさんの心意気を感じられる）にも近いよ！. 二段ベッドのお部屋は、人によっては寝心地（マット）は気になるかも（私は熟睡しました）。 注意書きにも記載があるとおり、古民家ゆえ階下の音は響きます。 （そのため、23時以降は、お静かに。という注意書きがあります）

The renovated old house gives off a fantastic vibe, and the owner was friendly and helpful. It’s tucked among traditional buildings, so the atmosphere is calm. A small detail: they provided sandals for walking outside. The downside is that for a motorcycle trip, the parking is outdoors (near the old post office and a shrine), so bring a cover for your bike if that’s a concern.

Clean guesthouse with a good location, but the bar on the 1st floor gets loud until 11 pm and you can hear it all the way through. I heard that there’s no staff in the morning, yet a man who didn’t look like staff was staying in the staff room—who was he?

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the bar served delicious food; everything was clean, so I’d definitely come back!
