We stayed in two “Three‑bedroom with balcony” rooms, which were spacious and matched the photos. The new guesthouse is in a great spot with sea and park views. The hosts (Malhaz, hello) are helpful and attentive, fixing small issues quickly—thanks for a wonderful break. On the downside, entertainment venues across the street stay open until morning, though that’s not the guesthouse’s fault. Some small details are missing because the hotel is new, but I believe the owners will sort them out next season.

The location is excellent, right next to a park where you can stroll at night and enjoy many cafés, restaurants, and shops. The only drawback is that music from a couple of restaurants in the park can be loud at night.

The hotel is great: very pretty, clean, and the view from the window is just wow. The sea is a two‑minute walk away. The owners are pleasant, wrote to us in advance, confirmed arrival time, and checked us in quickly—anytime you can check in. The only issue is that the place is very noisy at night; clubs and bars nearby play music until 4 am. It’s not background noise but club‑style bass that drowns out the TV in the room, and neither closed windows, earplugs, nor white noise help.
