The spot is spot‑on – right where you want to be and the facilities are solid. I loved the gardens, but the ongoing construction has taken them away and nobody warned us about it. Otherwise there’s nothing really to complain about.

From the moment we arrived until the very last night, everything was spot‑on. It turned out to be the ideal base for our Austrian ski holiday – the service, food and rooms were all flawless. We’re already planning our next trip back.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and the food was both tasty and varied. My only gripe was the mattress – it was a bit too firm for my liking. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

The pool and wellness area are nice, and the hotel sits right on the ski slope, which is super convenient. The rooms, however, feel dated with a lot of pine paneling that doesn’t match the price, and the final bill had three mistakes that overcharged us about €409.
