Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
Nothing positive to mention. I didn’t like the roaches under the floor in the first room they gave us, and I also didn’t like the other guests staying there or the staff; they seemed unprofessional, unprepared, and didn’t want to be bothered. I’ll never stay there again.

The staff were very well organized and helpful throughout the visit.

The two gentlemen who welcomed us at arrival were friendly and kind. However, the front‑desk person on our departure day was very unpleasant. He let the shuttle leave at 7:30 even though we had told him we were getting off (the elevator opened at 7:31). He insisted that 7:31 was not 7:30 and told us to wait until 8:00 for the next shuttle. At 8:00 he forgot to let us know the shuttle was coming to drop us off, and he didn’t say goodbye when we greeted him. Strange!

Comfortable and well‑located.

No breakfast was provided. I guess they should have public transportation passing by the hotel area.
