“Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay due to the cleanliness and comfort issues I experienced.”

The front office staff were very good, friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the restaurant was clean and well‑maintained. The exterior of the hotel was not clean at all; around the entrance road there were intoxicated people at several spots, which was worrying, and the road to the hotel was poorly maintained. This was my first visit to this hotel. At checkout, housekeeping accused me of having a red‑stained mattress cover on my bed, even though I had never used that bed or noticed the stain before they pointed it out. That accusation made me extremely uncomfortable, and I’ve never had such a situation at any hotel. I’ve always stayed in 4‑star hotels abroad, so this was my first time at a nature hotel like this. Please investigate this matter thoroughly and let me know how it happened.

“I will avoid in the future”

Breakfast was good and the location was decent; some of the staff, especially in the restaurant, were very nice. The cleaning crew did their best to keep the rooms tidy and the food was tasty. The rooms themselves were very small, the windows opened onto the adjacent building’s wall, the floor was in bad shape, and something was hanging from the air‑conditioner unit. The bathrooms were outdated and needed a major overhaul. This was our second stay at this property after three years, and we were totally disappointed with its current condition, the reception, and the state of the rooms.

The AC in the suite room was very noisy, and the intercom didn’t work so I couldn’t even complain at night – the worst experience ever.
