The social facilities and service are very good, but the room is awful—ants everywhere, even on the bed, the blanket is old and furry, and it hasn't been cleaned properly.

The swimming pools, restaurant, and location were excellent. However, the rooms don’t fit the purpose of the Pousada and could use a renovation.

The service and the Pousada’s facilities are great, but I must highlight the recreation—it was out of this world, with lively, engaging staff who made our outing more than special, and nothing bothered me.

The recreation team was great, the location was spot on, and the kitchen was solid, but the parking fee felt unnecessary.

The spot was superb, the room felt comfy and the breakfast was excellent, with the beach just steps away, good kids’ activities, heated outdoor and indoor pools, a spacious parking lot right by the front desk, and nice amenities; however, the room’s soundproofing was poor, letting hallway noises in because we were in a farther room, and the bed could have been more comfortable given the overall quality of the inn.
