The room was spotless and spacious, and the bed was fluffy and superb, yet the iron was broken and unusable.

It was clean, and as a first‑time capsule hotel guest, I felt secure knowing there was a women‑only area 😊. The toothbrush, loungewear, and towel came as a set, which I thought was a paid add‑on, so I was pleasantly surprised.
