Hotel Zara

“Overall, good value for the money.”

The breakfast and dinner were really good, with maybe ten different types of cheese and sweets and delicious cooked food. The spa and indoor pool were fine, but the outdoor pool was relatively small and not suitable for swimming.

The hotel is relatively close to the center. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The salads were tasty and varied. The pool needs more frequent cleaning because trash was visible. We stayed in two rooms with a shared terrace that was very small, with only one chair. The food wasn’t very diverse. The water in both pools was slightly cold.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel; the facilities and amenities were excellent, and our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and always happy to help, especially Ioanna and Bosko at reception, who were exceptionally helpful, kind, polite, and welcoming to us and our children, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options and generous portions, and every meal was a pleasure. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and hospitality; we look forward to returning in the future! 😊

The location of the hotel is great, and the view of the mountains is more than unique. Breakfast and dinner were very varied. The spa centre is on par. The staff was extremely friendly and responsive. They gave us a free upgrade to a single apartment. We would gladly return there again.
