The pool was great and the staff were friendly. The air‑conditioning was too weak, so the heat was intense and we needed a cooler space; we asked for a room change and they swapped us right away and were very attentive. Even in the bathrooms, air‑conditioning would have made them more comfortable and cool.

The location was right in the middle of town yet surprisingly quiet. The room was lovely and the staff were friendly, and the pool was beautiful with nice lounge chairs.

We loved the whole riad and all it offered - beautiful oasis in the heart of the Medina. Delicious breakfast around the pool delivered by delightful staff, fabulous resting/reading areas, lovely pool and very nice room. We would have liked fresh towels over 4 days

Everything was perfect: the location, the staff, the welcome, the accommodation, the pool, breakfast, and the airport transfer. The real highlight was the beauty, authenticity, and calm of the place, right in the middle of a bustling Medina. Absolutely perfect.

We had a great stay. The host was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The location was excellent, just a short distance from the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would gladly stay here again 😊
