A stylish hotel steeped in history, complete with a mist sauna in the room that was a nice addition. It’s a bit pricey because of its reputation, but it was worth the cost for the occasion.

We originally booked three nights but decided to stay an extra four, so I’ll just refer to the first review.

A nice hotel within walking distance of many sights, the ABBA Museum, the Vasamuseum, and Skansen. The rooms are charming, clean, and tidy. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is delicious and varied, and there’s a short boat trip to Gamla Stan.

Breakfast was excellent, the hotel was quite quiet, and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

The location, historic building, and evening restaurant staff made for a lovely experience. Breakfast left a bit to be desired; it was decent but I expected more options for the price, and the area was noisy and busy, mainly because of nearby American tourists rather than the hotel staff.
