We booked the 4‑star hotel for a short break. Breakfast is very good: every day there is salmon, various sausages and tasty cheese, it would be nice if there were honey sold at the reception for sampling, but only packaged honey is available, which is a shame. On Sundays there’s delicious sparkling wine. It’s a half‑board stay. At lunch there’s a small snack and cake from the buffet; it would be nice if there were more homemade cakes. Dinner is a salad buffet, very good. Other courses vary; sometimes the main dish isn’t quite hot but it tastes good. The staff are all very dedicated, especially the son who is very nice and helpful for someone so young. He has great potential. We also want to thank them for the bottle of sparkling wine as a consolation for the little mishap with the room. The wellness area is very good. The water is nicely warm in the indoor and outdoor pool. There are nice saunas and even a Kneipp‑style shower, it’s a pity the holiday passes so quickly. We booked the 4‑star hotel for a short break. We specifically wrote in the booking that we wanted a quiet room with a large walk‑in shower, and we were told our wishes would be met. We arrived and were disappointed. We got a room with a creaking wooden bed where every single spring of the mattress could be felt. One night we could barely sleep because of back pain and the noise of the restaurant downstairs and the balcony, the shower was a small cabin. So exactly the opposite of what we wanted. We were offered another room on request, but it had a carpeted floor, which is not good for allergies. We got a topper that gave a little relief with the bed springs. The sofa should be cleaned. It would be nice if there were honey sold at the reception for sampling, but only packaged honey is available, which is a shame.
