Maa Greenary View - A Holiday Resort

The resort sits inside the tea garden, and the access road is very narrow, so you always have to rely on the resort staff to arrange vehicles. The staff were very nice. However, they seemed to earn a commission from the rental drivers, and when we felt the price was a little high and tried to negotiate a lower rate, the resort manager defended the rental driver instead of supporting us.

I had a great stay at this resort, it's set in a beautiful tea garden and the architecture fits in really well with the surroundings. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I enjoyed using the pool, gym, and billiards room. The food was good too, and I loved the restaurant being located in a dugout - it was a cool idea. However, I did notice a small garbage dump right by the entrance, which was a bit of an eyesore, hopefully they'll sort that out to make the place look even nicer.

“Lovely place within the greens”

I really liked the vibe of this place, it felt like home, and the staff were super helpful. However, we did have some issues with the electricity, there were power cuts and the generators couldn't always keep up, especially at night. It was a bit frustrating, but overall the ambience and staff made up for it.

“Nice, relaxed, friendly and fast service, good food, quite clean.It was nice!”

The location of this hotel is gorgeous, it's in the countryside with quiet tea gardens and village life, and you can easily walk around the village area. However, we did have a noisy night because the hotel allows parties, but when we asked them to keep it down, they did.

“Beautiful, peaceful location, friendly staff and a pool”

I loved the location of this hotel, it's beautiful, and the pool was lovely. The food was good too, and the staff were really helpful. However, I did think the hotel was looking a bit rundown in some places, but it didn't detract from my overall stay.
