The garden was cool at night, great for relaxing outside. When I first entered room 209 the AC was a bit loud, but after switching rooms it was fine and the place was a good spot to unwind for everyone.

The restaurants, relaxation areas, and swimming pools were great, but the distance to walk was a downside.

The hotel's decor and style are definitely a highlight - it's a beautiful place to stay. Unfortunately, it's a bit of a trek from the city center, taking around 40 minutes by taxi.

The Jacuzzi in our room worked perfectly, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel's technical state is a bit of a concern - I slipped on a cracked tile in the pool area and there were dead fish floating in the "water feature" near the restaurant. To top it off, the food on the buffet was a bit suspect, with flies buzzing around the dishes.
