Elena was incredibly friendly and her cooking was a real highlight. The setting is quiet and feels very relaxing. If you drive in, just ignore the sign about not being able to turn around and park on the main road—then walk over, the side road is for the daring.

We loved the remote countryside setting—it gave us exactly the isolation we wanted, yet there were plenty of things to do nearby. The hosts treated us like family, always ready with tips and a warm welcome, and the meals were fantastic. The scenery was picture‑perfect, making it one of the best off‑the‑grid spots in Bulgaria.

The rooms and bathrooms are surprisingly roomy, and everything was spotless. The beds were comfortable and the terrace offered a stunning view. Overall a very clean and pleasant stay.
