“Wouldn’t stay again far to expensive for what it was”
The room was nice, but it felt like a members‑only place with a David Lloyd vibe, and staff seemed to favor the “members”; the place was dated, full of kids running around, noisy, and the main door slamming could be heard from the bedroom.

All the facilities were excellent and the food was lovely. The staff were not very attentive, it took a long time to get their attention and service was slow. It wasn’t clear where to get gear for the water activities and tennis, so you had to find someone and that was difficult at times. The front desk staff would show everyone around when they arrived, which was good, but you had to wait 5–10 minutes to speak to the front desk because it was always unmanned. Also the staff didn’t wear uniforms, so it was hard to tell who was staff and who was a guest.

The facilities were great and the staff were lovely, friendly, and capable. There was nothing we didn’t like.

I got an electric shock from a lamp in my room, which caused all the lights to short‑circuit; I reported it but nobody came to look. The music on Saturday night was too loud when we were trying to sleep.

The cottages were cozy and comfortable, with great facilities and a very homely feel.
