Patricia, the host, was a real bundle of energy and made our stay an experience; the home‑cooked meals and good Bordeaux in the evening were great, the rooms were large and clean with a shower and bathtub, and the Bordeaux arrived 30 minutes after we ordered. Cleanliness in the house still needs improvement, the bins in the courtyard were an issue, and the heaters were cold.

I stayed at a lovely chateau with great parking and an exceptional host who went above and beyond to help us, even delivering our luggage to the room. She brought wine and cheese to us in the salon with a balcony, and the breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfy, the location was quiet, and I’ll definitely return.
