Wonderful hotel and very welcoming staff. Our favorite place to stay on Isle of Skye. Location is magical and the food was top notch

The hotel is lovely in a superb setting. Dinner was very nice, and the restaurant serves both residents and visitors. Breakfast offered a variety of dishes.

The breakfast is really good. For 520 CHF per night I expect a much higher level of quality. Service is extremely slow and not impressive for a place that claims to be upscale.

The views are beautiful, the hotel cozy, the breakfast pretty good, and the parking is private with good access. The reception staff were helpful. The breakfast staff lack training (they make you wait to sit because they’re checking their phones, laughing, shouting, and speaking loudly), but they’ll probably improve over time.
