The room is spotless, in a great spot just steps from everything, breakfast is adequate, the owner is super helpful and the caretaker is very kind. From a hygiene standpoint it’s a smart choice, but the mattress in the bed frame makes a rustling noise with every movement, which isn’t ideal.

The space was very clean, the guy who showed us to our room and handed out breakfast was very lovely – great customer service! Great value for money, the wifi and air‑con were also great. The only downside was that the bathroom was small (very narrow), but that wasn’t a major issue for us, and for the price it’s definitely worth it!

The location is top. You’re 5 min from Dickwella Beach and at most 20 min from Hiriketiya Beach. The room is relatively modern and the bed is comfortable. The outdoor area is well maintained – breakfast is served there too. Unfortunately the bathroom smells extremely like drain. You get used to it, but it’s not great. Breakfast is very, very simple and isn’t freshly prepared.
