Nothing good to say— the staff were rude, the water was dirty, the room was cramped, the road was very congested, and the food delivery kept getting delayed.

No positives at all. The room service was bad, the food quality suffered, there was no intercom, the Wi‑Fi was terrible, the TV only had Amazon and Netflix, and the bathroom had no shampoo or soap.

The location was central, but I liked nothing else about the property. The staff were unprofessional, the amenities were terrible, and they didn’t warn us about a sewage problem that produced a horrible smell. The room was subpar with a leaky bathroom and hair on the sheets. Breakfast was dreadful, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work because each room was given a non‑functional “hotspot.”

The room was clean and quiet, but when I boiled water with an electric kettle the fire alarm went off, indicating the kettle’s placement is problematic.
