Front desk staff were fantastic, and the on‑site entertainment was great. The location is excellent and breakfast is good too. But every door scrapes metal on metal, so when anyone leaves their room everyone hears it, and I woke up several times thinking it was my door. When I went down to the pool I discovered I had to go to the front desk to get a towel—why would you distrust guests with pool towels? The pool hours are so limited that I couldn’t use it before 9 am, even though breakfast starts at 6:30 am; that’s ridiculous. There’s also a moldy film at the hot‑tub waterline, showing the maintenance staff don’t know what to look for. The pool area feels lacking and sad, and the room price should be lower.

The gym was solid. I just wish there were more breakfast options.

“Book this place before anywhere else in Kenosha. Book the lake view side, it's extra but worth it”

The view of Lake Michigan from our room was fantastic, better than I expected. The hotel’s location meant restaurants, the pier, and everything else were within easy walking distance, and parking was a breeze. Breakfast was acceptable, offering basics like eggs, sausage, fruit, and cereal—quite a variety. We got housekeeping on days one and two but none on day three; we were told they were short‑handed at first, then that they only have housekeeping on checkout days—confusing. We still had towels and could make our own bed, and we were leaving the next day anyway, but check with the desk if you need housekeeping every day.
