El sauna. Que nos dijeron primero que el desayuno era de 8 a 10 de la mañana, luego un día que bajamos a desayunar a las 9.45 nos dijeron que el desayuno era hasta las 9, cuando ya nos habían dicho que que era de 8 a 10a.m

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but the breakfast didn’t meet expectations and they didn’t restock items that were already gone.

I liked the room space, but the bathtub was leaking, breakfast was served late, and there was little variety.

I really appreciated the hospitality, the welcome, and the whole team’s readiness. I’d like to especially highlight the receptionist Valério, who was extremely attentive, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. His service made the experience even better.
