We decided on a short holiday in South Tyrol at the last minute and found this beautiful, quiet hotel via booking. We were fully satisfied with the location, room cleanliness, facilities, and the friendliness of the owning family and entire team. It’s clear that a lot of love goes into the details. We also highly recommend the dinner—tasty, varied, and not overdone.

The location is in a nice area close to the funicular to Bolzano or the Ritten Rennon slopes. It was a cozy, clean, and comfortable stay. The hotel lobby offers many games for friends or kids and a chance to enjoy drinks. Breakfast and dinner were very good and fresh—10 by 10 experience. The bathroom had a glass window that was a strange design choice and not very intimate.

The breakfast buffet was tasty, the dinner was a high‑quality 4‑course menu, and the view from the sauna and rooftop whirlpool was great; every staff member was warm and helpful.

It’s a family run place, very personal, with exceptionally courteous staff and a wonderfully friendly welcome. We arrived by train, cable car and narrow‑gauge railway—there’s a stop right behind the hotel! The location is deep in the woods, which was very relaxing. The breakfast buffet was excellent; I mentioned at check‑in that I needed gluten‑free options, and from the first breakfast onward everything available was already on my table. We had half‑board and the dinner menu was outstanding, with everything prepared gluten‑free for me—thanks to the kitchen! The room was spacious and the bathroom was wheelchair accessible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only minor issue was the stairs to the rooms, as I was traveling with my 87‑year‑old mother.
