“Ótima acomodação”
Everything matched the listing: the place was spotless, in a great spot, and the daily housekeeping was solid. The hosts replied quickly, but the check‑in was released earlier than expected.

Location. I think it’s outrageous: the rate is for 24 hours, but check‑in starts at 15:00 and check‑out is at 12:00 the next day, giving only 21 hours, and we still had to wait another 30 minutes for the room to be ready.

Location, breakfast (extra charge – R$64.00 per person), and apartment cleanliness. The sound insulation is poor (the building is on a flight path with heavy helicopter traffic), the room is small, and although well maintained, the building is old.

The spot is great and the front desk staff were friendly, which made the stay pleasant. The bed sheet didn’t have any elastic, so it kept slipping, and the sofa could use a washable blanket to keep it smelling fresh. It would also be nice if they left a bottle of mineral water for each guest on the first day.
