The setting is very nice, functional, well‑kept, and clean. The only downside was the cooking smell from the downstairs activity.

The breakfast was tasty. The parking was an issue: there were reserved spots, but they were sometimes taken by customers from the tratoria, so we had to ask them to move our car elsewhere.

I loved the 4‑star breakfast, but the ground floor gets a bit noisy at night and sometimes there's a lingering food smell.

The daily breakfast was excellent and could be enjoyed on the balcony; any spontaneous requests like an extra coffee mug or fresh fruit were met promptly. We also used the small kitchen in front of the two rented rooms to get cutlery and plates for a snack on the balcony. The place is close to the lake, shops, the bus stop to Lake Garda, and the on‑site Fattoria where fresh pizza and ice cream were available, which completed the experience. We have nothing to criticize!
