Location convenient. When booking, I mentioned a severe smoke allergy, yet the room had a strong cigarette odor that made breathing almost impossible. The first response from the front desk was a blanket ban on smoking, which was baffling. I asked if my booking notes were even read and what they had to say about the booking system. Eventually they switched us to a room on a different floor, resolving the issue. I would have preferred they addressed the problem first instead of making excuses.
Breakfast was incredibly abundant, changing every day over three mornings, cheap and perfect for anyone who insists on eating breakfast before exploring, though you have to pick a seat because some areas lack air‑conditioning. Housekeeping tidied the room daily but never swept; dust and cobwebs lingered in corners even before we arrived, indicating only superficial cleaning. Water pressure was low and hot water took ages, yet overall the room was still decent. Improving water pressure and floor cleaning would be welcome.

The bathroom and toilet area felt too exposed, and adding an opaque partition or frosted glass would make it more suitable for colleagues or friends traveling together.

The location is unbeatable—right in the city center and smack in the middle of a great, budget-friendly shopping district, making exploring and shopping a breeze. The rooms were comfy, the staff were welcoming, and being surrounded by affordable shops and dining options was a huge plus. We’re thrilled with our choice and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for couples who want convenience and value!
