The spot was perfect, just a short walk to tram line T1 and only two stops from the city centre, the mosques and the tourist zone, surrounded by interesting shops and the Grand Bazaar. Breakfast was EXCELLENT with a huge variety, and Mr Mehmed Daghan’s attentive service—from greeting us at the door to being available every day—was flawless. The double beds were a bit narrow, about 1.30‑1.40 m wide.

While the location of this hotel was good, my stay was marred by several issues. On the first night, we were given a room that didn't match our booking, and it took complaints to get it sorted out. The breakfast was also a letdown, as it was more geared towards Turkish tastes than international tourists. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Location, staff, and friendliness are all top. The breakfast could use some improvement; it’s the same each morning and the coffee is bad, especially in a country where coffee is an art. What a shame!
