Location. After arrival, the staff wanted me to pay a higher price than the one shown in the Booking app. They also claimed that I had no breakfast included, while the Booking app says “yes.” After that, they gave me a room with a window facing a wall full of dirt; I didn’t open the window all weekend. The shower ceiling was disgusting; if anyone has any doubt, check my room, 0730.

Staying here puts you right by the subway, which is super convenient. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't serve great coffee - not exactly what you want to start your day. Overall, it's a decent spot, but could use a coffee upgrade.
