A quiet, garden‑filled rooftop terrace provides city views, while the property sits just outside the ancient walls, away from tourist crowds. The Arno River lies a 30‑minute walk away, and regular buses stop nearby.

A short bus ride from Florence’s historic center, this place was very good, breakfast was excellent, the rooms were clean and came with amenities like a hot tub and private secure parking. Communication was clear, and they supplied a crib on request, which was a lifesaver with a one‑year‑old. The rooftop offered a great view and a beautiful sunset, and onsite laundry was a big plus.

It’s a very convenient, budget‑friendly hotel in Florence with spectacular terrace views; the room is spacious, well‑furnished, comfortable, and spotless, and the balcony is lovely. The bathroom is large and clean, the staff are friendly, the parking is secure, and the two terraces give amazing views of the hills south of Florence—some of the best sunsets I’ve ever seen. The jacuzzis look great, though I didn’t try them. The city center is walkable, but buses are available if the uphill walk feels too much. The mattress and pillows were a little soft for my taste, but I still slept well; the shower gel portions were tiny, and parking can be tricky for medium‑large cars. The staff’s limited in‑person availability might be an issue, though they were always helpful via WhatsApp or Booking.

The place is tidy, spacious, has an internal parking lot, and the public transport is right outside.

The secure parking was great, and the bus to the city is just 100 m away; we found mold on the wall, so they immediately swapped our room. As noted above, the mold on the wall was the issue, and if we hadn’t mentioned it we probably wouldn’t have gotten a new room.
