Everything I did until that time made no sense to me, and I never felt comfortable even for a moment.

Likte Inngenting. Oppholdet var dessverre skuffende. Vi opplevde lite service fra en av resepsjonistene, mens en nyansatt medarbeider gjorde sitt beste for å hjelpe oss. Det virket likevel som om rutinene og prioriteringene ved hotellet gjorde det vanskelig å få god oppfølging. Vi måtte betale ekstra for aircondition, som ble styrt fra resepsjonen. Den fungerte dårlig, og da vi ba om å få den slått av, fikk vi ikke en god løsning. Vi fikk beskjed om at middagen startet kl. 17.00, men da vi kom til restauranten kl. 17.02, var det mørkt og ingen ansatte til stede. Vi valgte derfor å spise ute, og følte oss heller ikke trygge på å spise frokost på hotellet. I tillegg var det ikke ordentlig varmtvann på badet – vannet var bare lunkent. Alt i alt svarte oppholdet ikke til forventningene

We spent just one night here, and it was adequate for that. The room was fairly clean and properly equipped, though it could use a renovation. The bathroom, in particular, and really the whole hotel, needs a makeover. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, and the bathtub is positioned so you can’t stand up or shower in it. The doors are tight, and the electric lock at the entrance doesn’t always work. Even with those issues, it could have been acceptable for a single night, but at check‑in they charged an extra fee for a spare bed, even though I had booked a three‑bed room for three people in advance and no additional cost was mentioned. Since there was no other option, we paid, but it felt like a scam.
