I found the bedroom spacious with its own private bathroom, but the room sits above a bustling nightlife area and was noisy at night; I didn’t realize how close it was to restaurants and bars, and the building had no obvious signage so locating it was a bit of a hassle.

The place has no breakfast, but the location is great. It’s noisy, with music from the street loud enough to hear, and the separate toilet and bathroom were accessed through a corridor, meaning I had to carry my keys around all the time, which was somewhat inconvenient.

The kitchen, shared bathroom, and bedroom were fine. Parking was free nearby, and the spot is nicely central. It seemed each room had its own little balcony, but we ended up sharing one small balcony with three other rooms. The worst part was the sound from all the restaurants downstairs at night and evening.

This place is extremely central in Lagos, surrounded by many nice restaurants and a short walk to the beach. We loved our stay; the property itself is well equipped with a kitchen, the bathrooms are lovely, and we really enjoyed the living/dining area. The balcony is great for sipping a drink and soaking up street vibes from the comfort of home. One hiccup: when we rang the owner, he was at the property within 10 minutes and sorted everything out instantly, which was super efficient.

The location was excellent and the accommodation was clean and perfect for a pleasant visit to Lagos!
