The room was clean and there was a pool, but the hotel seemed uninterested in guests, probably because of the short stay.

The hotel’s close proximity to the airport was convenient, the room was spacious, I could work comfortably at the desk with decent Wi‑Fi, and the breakfast offered a wide selection with friendly staff.

I was shocked when about 8000 INR vanished from my bags at the pool, and the staff only checked CCTV instead of properly handling the theft; that ruined my trust in the hotel and made me feel unsafe for the rest of my stay. The room was cleaned, the location was great, and the food was amazing, but as an IHG club member I don’t think I’ll ever return. Completely disappointed.

No
